May these words be one's wisdom
Not being close to someone in the same way you were in the past doesn’t mean you’ve lost the person. Neither you nor I own anyone; therefore, we cannot lose them. Everything is temporary. Even those we love who we feel will be by our side for eternity may remain in our hearts forever, but they cannot remain with us forever. We are constantly being faced by individuals who will cause us to challenge our own strength of character. In life we are placed in-front of an audience and watched by thousands of gimlet-eyes, critically determining and predicting how we will react to each circumstance. Strength is not shown through physical features or intellectual capabilities but one’s ability to stay true to themselves. Do not allow yourself to be discouraged by those who too in turn are disappointed with life. Appearances are deceiving. The arrogant and the proud doubt in themselves more than those lacking in self esteem. The insecure are revealed through their false exterior. Both are as vulnerable as the rest of us. The courageous are revealed through their honesty and ability to take that extra step. There is no easy way out and no ‘get-rich-quick’ scheme. Life is a battle and we are the battle ground. The fight is not in the world but within us, and only once we have won over ourselves, can we conquer other challenges. Yes, time will tell, but gain comfort in knowing that time is only the way in which we measure our progress. And thus, for as long as the world is here we have all the time in the world.

nobody knows i'm all alone
living in this castle made of stone
they say that money is freedom but i feel trapped inside it all
and while i sit so high up on a throne
i wonder how i can feel this low
on top of the world it's beautiful
but there's no place to fall

Our fear outweighs our desire to act in the best interests of ourselves and others
I believe we’re all scared and hiding from our own reality. Everyone has a secret they refuse to share. Because no matter what anyone tells you, your first instinct is to protect yourself and to hide from the disappointment loved ones will feel if they knew the truth. You can have all the hope in the world that if you tell people the truth everything will work out and be okay in the end. But the sad truth is fear is bigger than hope.

Love Easy
How can some people say they don’t regret their mistakes? It’s something you did consciously, and you don’t want to show remorse for your actions? Having regrets is not about being weak, it’s about being sincere and actually having concern for those you may have hurt or sorry for promises you may have broken. Regretting doesn’t always mean you want to take back the lesson you’ve learned. You may wish to go back and change your ways, but still with the lesson of what you did wrong imprinted in your mind. Otherwise you wouldn’t know how to change the second time, right? I’m not saying regret every little mistake in your life, but having some regret for the bigger mistakes in your life is only natural and human.
Living life with no regrets at all is just a catch phrase. Being sorry for what you’ve done shows you have a heart. It means more to me for someone to have a heart than any saying could ever amount to.

Strength
Let me have the strength I need to live for something. For something more than just worry. For something more than just anger. For something more than just stress. I don’t want to be punished by sadness for someone else’s mistakes. Never let anyone tear you down. Never let anyone take away your smile for too long. You can’t worry too much about the things that span out of your control. It’s a waste of time. I need to regain something in myself.

There’s a lot that’s missing
.

Home
Alabama, Arkansas, I do love my Ma & Pa
Not the way that I do love you
Holy roly, me, oh my, you’re the apple of my eye
Girl, I’ve never loved one like you
Man, oh man, you’re my best friend, I scream it to the nothingness
There ain’t nothin’ that I need
Well, hot & heavy, pumpkin pie, chocolate candy, Jesus Christ
There ain’t nothin’ please me more than you
Ahh, Home
Let me come Home
Home is wherever I’m with you
La la la la, take me Home
Baby, I’m coming Home
I’ll follow you into the park, through the jungle, through the dark
Girl, I’ve never loved one like you
Moats & boats & waterfalls, alley ways & pay phone calls
I’ve been everywhere with you
That’s true
We laugh until we think we’ll die, barefoot on a summer night
Nothin’ new is sweeter than with you
And in the sticks we’re running free like it’s only you and me
Geez, you’re something to see.
“Jade?”
“Alexander?”
“Do you remember that day you fell out of my window?”
“I sure do, you came jumping out after me.”
“Well, you fell on the concrete and nearly broke your ass and you were bleeding all over the place and I rushed you off to the hospital. Do you remember that?”
“Yes, I do.”
“Well, there’s something I never told you about that night.”
“What didn’t you tell me?”
“While you were sitting in the backseat smoking a cigarette you thought was going to be your last, I was falling deep, deeply in love with you and I never told you ‘til just now.”
“Now I know.”
Ahh, Home
Let me come Home
Home is whenever I’m with you
Ahh, Home
Let me come Home
Home is when I’m alone with you
Home
Let me come Home
Home is wherever I’m with you
Ahh, Home
Yes, I am Home
Home is when I’m alone with you.
Alabama, Arkansas, I do love my Ma & Pa

Ahh, Home
Let me come Home
Home is wherever I’m with you
Ahh, Home
